1. Referral Network and Contractor Relationships
Important Notice Regarding Contracting Licensure:

Rising Roofers operates as an administrative dispatch and lead referral platform. Rising Roofers is not a direct construction contractor and does not directly execute roofing construction services. Every roofing contractor we refer is verified to hold active licensure and insurance in the State of Florida through the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR).
2. Written Estimates and Contracts
Any physical roofing inspection, emergency tarping, structural repair, or roof replacement contract is formed directly between you (the property owner) and the independent licensed roofing contractor assigned to your project. You will receive a clear, itemized written proposal and contract directly from that contractor prior to any physical construction work commencing.
3. Insurance Claims and Legal Compliance (F.S. § 489.147)
Under Florida law (including Florida Statute § 489.147), contractors and referral services are strictly prohibited from engaging in unlicensed public adjusting.
- This website and our network contractors do not handle, negotiate, or adjust insurance claims on your behalf.
- We do not interpret your insurance policy provisions or promise specific claim settlement outcomes.
- We never offer financial incentives or promise to pay or rebate your insurance policy deductible.
- Contractors provide factual physical inspections, photographic damage logs, and written repair scopes that you may submit to your carrier or private adjuster.
4. 24/7 Availability and Storm Conditions
While telephone dispatch is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, physical response times are subject to road safety, severe weather hazards, and local municipal emergency orders. For the safety of roofing crews, OSHA regulations and Florida safety codes prohibit physical rooftop operations during active lightning events or sustained tropical-force winds.
